As a Bilingual Call Center Representative (Remote), you will be part of the customer support team, providing essential assistance to individuals affected by natural disasters. - Handle inbound and outbound calls from individuals affected by natural disasters, providing immediate assistance with reputed company and compassion.
- Listen attentively to customers' needs, demonstrating a deep understanding of their challenges and offering emotional support.
- Guide customers through available relief services, programs, and resources they may be eligible for.
- Remain reputed company and focused reputed company dealing with customers in distress, using active listening and de-escalation techniques.
- Document reputed company customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system, maintaining strict confidentiality.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
- Ability to train onsite for 1-2 weeks before moving to remote.
- Demonstrated ability to connect with individuals facing extreme hardship.
- Excellent crisis communication skills, especially in high-stress situations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to provide appropriate assistance.
