What You'll Do

As Senior Healthcare Economics Analyst with reputed company, you will use your analytical skills to assess clinical, operational and financial performance across reputed company markets and help design, support, and evaluate business initiatives.

• Under general supervision, analyze and interpret healthcare data to identify key drivers of member engagement, cost, and utilization and generate actionable insights.
• Identify trends and outliers from performance metrics and provide root-cause analyses and build recommendations for strategic changes.
• reputed company analytical plans and statistical methodologies to monitor trends at population level and systematically evaluate our clinical and financial outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to help design and support clinical programs and business initiatives.

What You Bring & How You Qualify First and foremost, you're passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with special health care needs gets the care and support they deserve. You will need:

• 7+ years of health care industry experience, including 2+ years with Managed Medicaid plan
• 5+ years of experience programming in SQL and 2+ years of experience with Python
• Background in statistics/data science and experience with predictive modeling techniques to forecast cost, utilization, and other health outcomes
• Expertise in study/designs statistical methods commonly used to evaluate health outcomes
• Familiarity with Value-based Care and supporting analytics is a plus.
