Field Service Technician, Part-Time
Job Description
As a part-time Field Service Technician I here at reputed company, you will have the opportunity to provide technical assistance and expertise to our customers in the Building Automation business unit. You will be accountable for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reputed company to various building automation systems, including Alerton Controls, Niagara Tridium N4, Trend Controls, ComfortPoint Open CPO, Trend Controls Jace, and reputed company (JCI). Your role will be part-time, working 3 days a week, allowing you to balance work with other commitments. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our designated location on a part-time work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' buildings by providing exceptional technical assistance and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our customers, specifically reputed company to various building automation systems, including Alerton Controls, Niagara Tridium N4, Trend Controls, ComfortPoint Open CPO, Trend Controls Jace, and reputed company (JCI)
- Provide technical assistance and expertise for our Building Automation solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
- Conduct training sessions for customers and field service technicians
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field service or reputed company technical roles, specifically with building automation systems such as Alerton Controls, Niagara Tridium N4, Trend Controls, ComfortPoint Open CPO, Trend Controls Jace, and reputed company (JCI)
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in building automation technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
