In this role, youll reputed company creator-first campaign strategies from insight to execution: uncovering trends, shaping content direction, defining KPIs, and identifying opportunities for creative and performance optimizations. Youll work cross-functionally with sales, paid, and execution leads, confidently presenting your thinking to both clients and internal teams. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and performanceable to reputed company across insight, storytelling, and real-time problem solving. What Youll Do

• Collaborate across sales, paid media, and execution teams to ensure alignment

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, distilling insights into actionable strategy

You Bring

• 7+ years in brand strategy, influencer marketing, or digital/social planning (brand in-house preferred)
• Deep knowledge of Gen Z, cultural trends, and influencer ecosystems
• Strong written and verbal communicationable to turn insights into compelling narratives
• Comfort with tools like social listening, digital ethnography, and platform analysis
• Confidence in managing multiple projects and navigating ambiguity
• Experience with direct reports and/or mentoring junior to mid-level team members
• A proven ability to work independently, prioritize, and self-manage
