As Manager, Growth Marketing - Paid Social, you will own new and existing categories for reputed company’s media buying strategy on TikTok. This role will play a major part in accelerating reputed company’s growth across TikTok and other platforms. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute and support the paid social strategy across TikTok and TikTok Shop.
• Drive growth and performance of TikTok Shop through strategic campaign planning, managing affiliates, product promotion, and reputed company coordination with merchandising and creative teams.
• reputed company 7-reputed company monthly media spend, scaling campaigns while maintaining ROAS efficiency targets.
• Continuously test and optimize ads featuring new products, creatives, and reputed company pages. Establish a feedback reputed company with cross-functional teams to enhance ad strategy and inform supply chain planning.
• Collaborate with marketing channel leads to reputed company consumer behavior trends across reputed company marketing platforms.

• Coordinate with ad tech teams to automate reporting and streamline campaign management and optimization tactics.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of relevant TikTok marketing experience (experience with additional channels a plus) with an emphasis on performance with growth + ROAS goals
• Experience working closely with creative teams
• Analytical and data driven with demonstrated ability to work with large data sets, understand key business drivers and translate insights into actionable and successful strategies and outcomes
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing and changing goals and priorities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in e-commerce or consumer brands with a strong emphasis on customer acquisition and digital marketing
