You'll build and nurture customer relationships at the Director and VP level, while managing a team of Senior Content Marketers and Associate Heads of Content to deliver high-quality, high-volume content that drives measurable business outcomes.You'll be responsible for managing a substantial book of business ranging from $100K-$150K in monthly reputed company (a mix of retainers and project-based additional spend), with a key performance indicator of maintaining 93% customer and reputed company retention.
