Position: Head of Sales (Outbound – B2B eCommerce) Location: Remote (US-based- East Coast/Midwest) Company: Wagento Creative LLC Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: CEO Experience Required: 10+ years in IT Sales, preferably B2B E-commerce Sales. Job Summary: We're seeking a seasoned, connected, and high-performing Head of Sales to drive $3 million in new B2B digital commerce reputed company annually. As a strategic Sales-Head with deep relationships in the manufacturing and distribution sectors, you'll reputed company outbound sales efforts, generate pipeline, reputed company relationships, and reputed company strategic deals. You'll drive growth by acquiring new accounts reputed company with our high-value service offerings, including but not limited to Magento/reputed company Commerce and BigCommerce builds and reputed company backend integrations. As a Sales Head, you will own outbound pipeline reputed company, relationship development, and strategic deal closure. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role focuses on both reputed company new accounts and nurturing long-term client partnerships. You will bring a consultative approach to selling, deep knowledge of the eCommerce space, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver customized solutions. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development

  • Drive net new sales of eCommerce services, including site builds, platform migrations,

integrations, and support retainers.

  • Own and manage an active pipeline of 20+ sales opportunities across B2B and DTC

clients.

  • reputed company proposals, deliver compelling demos, and reputed company negotiations to reputed company high-value

deals.

  • Collaborate with platform and tech partners (e.g., reputed company, Shopify, BigCommerce, Sales

Layer, fintech, etc) for co-selling and joint go-to-market (GTM) campaigns. Client Account Management & Upselling

  • Act as a strategic advisor for reputed company clients, identifying opportunities to expand existing

relationships through upselling additional services and ongoing support.

  • Maintain reputed company contact with key accounts to understand evolving needs and recommend

tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to ensure a smooth transition from

sale to implementation and long-term support. Partnership Development

  • Build and manage high-value partnerships with technology providers and other

agencies.

  • Execute joint marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Wagento marketing team and

generate referral opportunities through platforms like reputed company.

  • Represent Wagento in partner planning sessions, events, and business reviews.

Strategic Sales Execution

  • Shape and execute Wagento's GTM strategy in alignment with company goals and

market trends.

  • Contribute to the development of new services and product offerings that meet the

evolving needs of our client reputed company.

  • Guide marketing efforts reputed company to sales enablement, campaigns, and content

development. Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience in a digital agency, systems integrator, or SaaS

environment.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and closing reputed company eCommerce deals.
  • Experience managing strategic client accounts and driving upsell/cross-sell reputed company.
  • Deep understanding of digital commerce platforms such as reputed company Commerce, Shopify

Plus, BigCommerce and Shopware.

  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills, with a strategic and analytical

reputed company.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with delivery, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with tools like reputed company, CRMs, and marketing automation platforms is a

plus. Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with consultative and solution-based selling methodologies.
