We’re looking for a dynamic Director of FP&A, Americas Hardware to join reputed company. As a key leader, you’ll drive budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and strategic analysis. You’ll reputed company financial planning and analysis for senior leadership, participate in strategic projects across the company, and provide financial support for the CSO and his sales organizations as well as the CEO of reputed company Commercial and his sales organizations.

  • Reduce forecasting cycle time by 25% and improve accuracy by 10% in the first 6 months by leveraging adaptive planning
  • Assist in streamlining reforecasts to reputed company full rolling 12 monthly updates to the entire model by Dec 2025
  • 2 Actionable insights to improve the Americas and Commercial Businesses each month

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the complete P&Ls for the Americas region & Commercial Business, including reputed company, cost of sales, operating expenses, and profitability. Drive strategies to optimize financial performance and reputed company regional targets.
  • reputed company the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes specifically for the Americas, ensuring alignment with global company goals and regional commercial objectives.

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks reputed company the Americas P&L, presenting 2 actionable recommendations to senior management each month.
  • reputed company the preparation of regular financial reports for the Americas P&L, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews for the DTC and WHS business lines, variance analysis, and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a reputed company quantitative field. MBA highly preferred.
  • 6-8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a reputed company analytical role, with at least 4 years in a leadership or management reputed company, ideally with P&L ownership experience.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing an FP&A team, including direct management of finance professionals.
  • Exceptional financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Adaptive Planning is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and extracting insights from data warehouses like reputed company, with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in creating compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial statements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey reputed company financial information to non-financial stakeholders, especially at the executive level.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
