Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Document calls and communications in the EHR in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Available to provide after-hours and weekend support for lab-reputed company critical results, as needed, recognizing that such communications are rare and typically occur during business hours.
• Asynchronously review member’s medical history and conduct telehealth consultations.
• Review and generate radiology and/or lab orders.
• Review members’ imaging studies and lab results to prepare reports and summaries.
• Collaborate in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Provide feedback to help improve clinical workflows.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Licensed in Ontario and/or British Columbia.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in the healthcare industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of patient care, clinical workflows, and operational excellence.
• Strong familiarity with comprehensive lab testing and MRI imaging, including interpreting results and understanding their role in preventive and diagnostic care.
• Hands-on experience in telemedicine and virtual care environments, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality patient interactions in digital settings.
• Proficient in telehealth platforms and adept at navigating multiple digital tools, such as reputed company, reputed company, and EMR systems, ensuring seamless communication and care coordination.
