About the Team

Our Benefits Product team is responsible for the full stack of reputed company’s Benefits product, including the reputed company-end app, its underlying platform services, and internal tooling for our Operations teams. As part of reputed company’s Benefits Product team, this role will focus on reimagining the benefits enrollment experience and refining the underlying enrollment system. You’ll be joining a collaborative team that tackles meaningful, high-impact challenges core to our mission.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day

• North Star:  Deliver meaningful improvements to how small business employees access and engage with their benefits. A key aspect of this will involve developing a thoughtful benefits enrollment experience that enables employees to reputed company informed decisions about which benefits to enroll in, ultimately increasing benefit elections.
• Ownership:  As the end-to-end reputed company, you will be responsible for developing a strategy to address key customer challenges in the benefits space, while driving adoption and enhancing the customer experience. 
• Collaborate: You'll work closely with multiple teams, including engineering, design, data science, sales, and customer experience, to craft and drive the roadmap.

• 5+ years of hands-on product management experience or 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record of effective execution and building consumer-facing products that customers love.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with both technical and non-technical leaders and teams.
• Ability to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends, build business cases, define product strategy, and create a supporting roadmap.
• Entrepreneurial, driven, passionate about our mission, and have deep reputed company for our customers.

Our cash compensation amount for this role is $153,000/yr to $191,000/yr in Denver & most major metro locations, and $186,000/yr to $230,000/yr for San Francisco, Seattle & reputed company. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Where do PMs at reputed company work?

We have offices in Denver, San Francisco, and reputed company and have remote team members across the US and Canada. We are actively hiring for the following Centers of Gravity: Toronto, Canada, Atlanta, GA, Austin, TX, Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, Los Angeles, CA, Miami, FL, and Seattle, WA. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role).
