Your expertise in game development and the animation pipeline will reputed company you to collaborate effectively with the game designers, art director, and motion design team to create a unique and captivating experience for our users.

• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.

• Strong professional experience in animation.
• Deep understanding of animation principles and the best way to employ these.
• Excellent knowledge of human/creature anatomy and motion.
• Experience with Biped, Cat and Custom rigs.
• A mastery with various animation styles, realistic and stylized in both 3D and 2D a plus.
• Experience in 3dsMax is essential.
• Passion for videogames and animations!

• Experience in motion capture data files.

• Data experience working with animations in most popular game engines.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and mentor a team of 3D animators, helping them grow both artistically and technically.
• Define, maintain, and evolve the animation style in line with the creative direction of the game.
• Collaborate closely with the art director, game designers, and tech teams to ensure animations integrate seamlessly into the gameplay experience.
• Provide feedback and reviews on animations, ensuring consistency, quality, and technical accuracy.
• Contribute to pipeline and workflow improvements, supporting team efficiency and scalability.
• Assist in planning, scoping, and prioritizing animation tasks to meet production deadlines.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews for animation team members.
