13. Strong expertise in PegaRULES Process Commander with hands-on experience in configuration, debugging, and troubleshooting.

14. Deep understanding of retail loans origination system, workflows, and business processes.

15. Proficiency in managing production incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing solutions in high-pressure environments.

16. Proficiency in system monitoring, performance tuning, and automation tools.

17. Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, including Development, QA, and Operations.

18. Leadership experience in mentoring junior team members, providing technical guidance, and promoting best practices in production support.

19. Knowledge of compliance with reputed company, regulatory, and audit requirements in the context of loan origination platform.

20. Familiarity with OpenShift Container Platform for managing and deploying applications in a containerized environment.
