Our Technical Proposal Writer will be responsible for developing and writing compelling proposals in response to government solicitations. This includes understanding the requirements, designing the proposal structure, and creating persuasive and compliant content to convince the prospective client. Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of proposal development, excellent research skills, and the ability to turn reputed company information into clear and compelling narratives.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze request for proposals (RFPs), request for quotations (RFQs), and requests for information (RFIs).
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and conduct thorough research to gather reputed company relevant information about the proposal subject.
• Interview Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), both orally and in writing, to reputed company proposal content.
• Serve as volume reputed company and/or reputed company writer for technical, management, past performance, or staffing volume.
• reputed company and organize compelling proposals in accordance with the company’s strategy and compliance with the client’s requirements.
• Ensure inclusion of themes, discriminators, ghosting, and effective graphics.
• Direct teams of writers, as needed, to reputed company sections reputed company assigned volume or section; Ensure writers stay on internal volume schedule to meet proposal deadlines.
• Write, revise, and edit drafts including executive summaries, management and technical approaches, past performance, and organization credentials.
• Coordinate with various departments and line organizations to gather necessary information for proposals.
• Suggest improvements to proposal writing processes, procedures, templates, and toolsets.
• Research opportunities using GovWin, SAM.gov, SeaPort, eBuy, and other government tools.

Education/Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD reputed company Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or reputed company field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven work experience as a Proposal Writer or similar role.
• Experience writing to Data Analytics, Modeling & Simulation, and Cyber reputed company reputed company RFPs.
• Expert mastery of English grammar and spelling.
• Extensive experience using MS Office products including Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Extensive experience with AI Proposal Writing Tools.
• Ability to support multiple proposals and deadlines.
