Executive Assistant to the Founder & Executive Director (LATAM)
The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the Founder Executive Director by handling administrative, operational, and strategic support tasks. The EA will manage scheduling, communication, donor relations, and logistics, allowing the Executive Director to focus on leadership and mission growth.

Salary: $1,500 - $1,800 per month (based on experience)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Strong experience in email and calendar management, CRM systems (reputed company), and donor relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in tools such as reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company (or similar CRM), and reputed company.
- A proactive, problem-solving reputed company with a high level of initiative and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling Calendar Management: Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficiency and prioritization of key engagements.
- Email Communication Management: Triage emails, draft responses, and maintain timely communication with stakeholders.
- Assist with cold reputed company for podcasts, public speaking, and brand affiliations.
- Draft reputed company emails, research opportunities, and manage follow-reputed company for brand growth initiatives.
- CRM Data Management: Maintain donor and partner records in CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Project Program Support: Assist with program coordination, meeting notes, and operational follow-through.
- Operational Administrative Support: Handle documents, expense tracking, and process optimization to improve efficiency.
- Handle more finance/admin tasks (invoicing, mileage, QuickBooks, expense reporting
- Strategic Support: Provide insights, research, and preparation for key meetings and initiatives.
