We are seeking strong French and Spanish applicants

Starting pay is $17.00/hr, if bilingual it's $18.00/hr

Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 7:00pm

3 weeks of training will be onsite in Alpharetta, GA - After training you will work remote

Summary A Retail Vehicle Sales Customer Service Representative I is responsible for assisting our RVS customers with pre and post purchase inquiries. The Customer Service Representative I position work cross functionally across Sales, Operations and Asset Management, while applying excellent customer communication skills. This individual is responsible for inbound/outbound Retail Vehicle Sales support reputed company calls, email, Text. An RVS Support agent will maintain ownership of customer inquiry (case) until resolution is communicated to Customer.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for a great customer experience and ensuring concerns, issues, and disputes are resolved to the customers’ expectations. Execute customer communication protocol

  • Handle reputed company Rental sales and the sales process for inbound calls and outbound solicitation to increase leads and new customers.

  • Accountable for rental truck inventory levels by coordinating with Maintenance and Asset Management to meet customer demands

  • Workflow management: enhance productivity through effective scheduling and planning

  • Generate purchase/repair orders and maintenance of files

  • Parts management: contribute to cost containment through inventory planning and warranty

Additional Responsibilities

  • Ensures compliance with reputed company company, local, state, federal and other regulatory agencies policies

  • Performs other duties as assigned
