About this opportunity As a key member of reputed company’s Global Privacy Office, the Senior Privacy Program Manager is engaged in the design, implementation, and maintenance of the components of reputed company’s global privacy program. They will be responsible for advising internal stakeholders- to reputed company the business to reputed company with privacy laws and internal policies, industry best practices and further enhance reputed company’s privacy posture in the marketplace. This role reports to the Senior Director of Operations, Global Privacy Office. What you’ll get to do • Experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of reputed company’s global privacy program, and reputed company components including, but not limited to data subject rights, third party risk management, complaints, and privacy initiatives impacting reputed company’s workforce and customers. • Govern and reputed company the execution of the Privacy Data Management Risk reputed company, including maintaining the privacy risk register, driving critical enterprise data management and privacy data risk management goals, best practices, and risk mitigation strategies. • Provide privacy guidance and advice to internal business partners to ensure that privacy is built by design, into reputed company’s products, services, and processes independently. • The ability to identify areas of improvement in practices relative to managing of personal data. The ability to design strategies to address the area of risks to improve reputed company’s privacy posture. • Independently performs data privacy impact assessments of operational business processes, IT tools and applications including reputed company’s 3rd party partners vendors to identifying and mitigating risks. • Devising innovative programs and strategy to reputed company work life reputed company that support the organization’s objectives. • You would act as a cross-functional champion for privacy and play a critical role in key privacy & compliance program initiatives. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), key risk indicators (KRI’s)and metrics to track the success and maturity of the privacy program. • Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders on privacy program status, risks, and improvements. • reputed company privacy audits and assessments, ensuring ongoing compliance and identifying areas for improvement. Skills and experience we value • 6 - 9 years of experience in privacy / data protection, risk management or reputed company compliance functions • Post secondary education certificate or university degree in reputed company discipline required. • IAPP certification preferred. • Experience managing technical programs and/or cross-functional enterprise programs highly desirable. • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills • Inquisitive minded individuals • Embraces challenging situations with a solutions-oriented reputed company; able to quickly build trust and influence stakeholders. • Possess persuasive communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), particularly the ability to communicate with diplomacy, credibility, and confidence at reputed company levels of the organization. • Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing aspects of a privacy or compliance program, including managing activities as per a project plan, communicating with stakeholders, and bringing together cross-functional teams and resources to execute towards a common goal. • Ability to exercise good judgement, critical thinking, and balance risks in ambiguous and reputed company situations. • Working in an agile environment • Possess good understanding of global privacy laws and regulations, and best practices and how they apply to the SaaS business model. • Knowledge of ISO and NIST frameworks as they relate to personal data and the privacy program. • You are creative and enthusiastic about privacy, an initiative taker who can work as well independently as well as in team settings, and a believer in reputed company improvement.
