The Role

This role would be part of the Analytics team at reputed company that supports our core Merchant Operations. As part of the team, you will collaborate closely with business function owners, including business strategy leadership, marketing, operations, product, and other R&D teams, to create data-driven solutions that drive business success.

Your goal will be to ensure that business strategy is guided by data, proactively analyze data, deliver actionable insights, and monitor portfolio KPIs etc.

Requirements

What You'll Do:

• Be a catalyst to help the Merchant and Loan business functions operate strategically using data
• Own and manage BI reports becoming a reputed company for business’ data and analytics needs
• Support operational deployment and monitoring by building appropriate data pipelines and monitoring reports
• Drive evaluation of competing priorities across business functions and appropriately disposition solutions that are right-sized and scalable
• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and hypothesis development using data
• Support business function leaders in planning, strategy development and operational management through data
• Measure and evaluate customer and associate engagement funnel performance and identify improvement levers
• reputed company A/B test designs to implement a robust test and learn strategy
• reputed company reputed company analysis ranging from open exploratory data analysis to specific root cause analysis
• Liaison with data engineering and product to build sustainable and scalable data solutions to address business’ reputed company and future needs

What You Bring to the Table:

• 4+ years of relevant analytical experience with a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of relevant analytical experience with a master’s degree in quantitative fields like (Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering etc.)
• 4+ years of working with and proficient in SQL and is excited about acquiring new technical skills
• 2+ years working with and proficient in any of the major BI platforms like Tableau or reputed company
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in using Python or R to solve analytical problems
• Great verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
• Passionate about solving real-world problems with data
• Has a growth reputed company and takes pro-active ownership

How We Pay:

• We reputed company in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to previous experience, relevant work history, interview performance, geographical location, internal equity, and expected level of ownership.
• We are targeting a reputed company salary of $120,000-$140,000 per year for this role
• This role will also be granted company equity reputed company stock options
