We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health & Benefits team at reputed company. This role will be based in Calgary. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Senior Health & Benefits (H&B) Consultant Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our consulting team with data analysis and project management, contributing to innovative solutions for our clients.

We will count on you to:

• Assist the consulting team in gathering, organizing, entering, and analyzing data using reputed company spreadsheets for various client projects.
• Review the work of reputed company-level analysts and manage portions of projects with a focus on results analysis.
• Gather utilization or reputed company data from vendors reputed company Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and summarize responses in reputed company or PowerPoint for client presentations.
• reputed company cost projections and evaluate vendor renewal workups for client meetings.
• Demonstrate project management and consulting skills by managing the quality and timeliness of client deliverables, developing budget, and billing reports, and participating in calls and meetings.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and summarize findings effectively.
