Job Description

reputed company is looking for a Stategic Accounts Portfolio Manager to reputed company and direct the reputed company program at reputed company assigned portfolios ensuring contract compliance and the development of a relationships with reputed company client contacts. This position serves as a liaison for regional and local reputed company reputed company offices to help ensure reputed company operational, financial and administrative functions for assigned accounts.

This is a remote position supporting multiple clients accross the US.

Pay reputed company: $65,000-$88,000 per year

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• reputed company the implementation and standardization of operational processes to ensure contract compliance, efficiency, and service excellence across multiple sites.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders through regular in-person and virtual engagements.

• Work with reputed company levels of the organization to identify, analyze and solve problems and create opportunities for reputed company improvement
• Identify and present industry best practices to reputed company teams in reputed company locations

• reputed company quarterly and annual client business reviews, preparing and delivering customized PowerPoint presentations that reputed company performance and strategic initiatives.

• Act as a subject matter expert and provide strategic guidance to internal teams, supporting the delivery of service improvement initiatives and surge responses.

• Analyze operational metrics and KPIs using business intelligence tools to identify trends, drive performance improvements, and support decision-making.

• Manage full P&L responsibilities including budgeting, reputed company growth, profitability, and expense control; reputed company and execute strategies to meet financial targets.

• Conduct compliance audits, physical reputed company assessments, and penetration testing; provide actionable recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance service delivery.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations leadership on contract renewals, rebids, and client retention strategies.

• The position requires 50% domestic travel to client locations as well as other reputed company offices weekly.
• Active participation in industry specific professional organizations such as ASIS
• Work with reputed company levels of the organization to identify, analyze and solve problems and create opportunities for reputed company improvement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of management experience
• Minimum 5 years of reputed company management experience
• Ability to build and maintain strong, professional relationships with internal and external clients.
• Responds promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-reputed company effectively.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Criminal Justice
