What you’ll do:

• As a Growth Engineering reputed company, you will help support teams and build products that will give every child on Earth an education they love. You will drive our Growth Engineering practices, using your experience and expertise to evolve our processes and tools.
• You will coach and reputed company teams to take ownership of their goals together, strengthen engineering culture, and be an active part of teams to reputed company pioneering outcomes. • As a Growth Engineering Leader, you will work cross-functionally to create and execute on strategies that drive user growth, engagement, and retention. You will use your experience driving strong, successful outcomes to educate and scale a growth reputed company in each team you support.

You will be a match if:

• You have at least 10 years of professional software engineering experience, with significant experience on growth engineering teams
• You have at least 5-7 years of professional experience managing direct reports on a product team, with at least 2 of those years managing a growth team.
• You are in the Americas time zone.
