About the role
reputed company is seeking a Program/Project Manager to provide leadership, reputed company, and program management for the Defense Health Readiness Engineering Support II contract. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of engineering, integration, cybersecurity, and sustainment services supporting the Theater Medical Information Program (TMIP) and Joint Operational Medical Information System (JOMIS) applications for the reputed company. The manager will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage project schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with reputed company contractual obligations to include: reputed company, privacy, and performance requirements.
What you'll do
- Direct and manage reputed company phases of assigned projects, from planning and execution through sustainment and closeout, in accordance with contract requirements.
- reputed company multidisciplinary teams delivering engineering, integration, cybersecurity, and technical support for TMIP, JOMIS, and reputed company clinical information systems
- reputed company and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations reputed company with customer objectives and contract deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with DoD and DHA policies, procedures, and accreditation standards, including privacy protection and secure data management
- reputed company risk management, issue resolution, and quality assurance processes to ensure contract performance and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for government stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and deliver status reports, briefings, and required documentation to NIWC Atlantic and other stakeholders.
- Support lifecycle management, release management, and reporting activities for IM/IT systems
Qualifications
- US Citizen with Active Top Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in any technical or managerial discipline
- 10 years of direct work experience with C4ISR or similar program/projects.
- Eight (8) years of direct work experience, to include: design/development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of information assurance or computer network defense programs. Experience shall include: supervising project personnel and/or team, scheduling work, writing proposals and/or preparing bids, and experience ordering and/or transporting equipment and material.
- 4 years’ experience as manager of information assurance or computer network defense projects
Preferred
- Individual shall have knowledge of FAR and DoD procurement policies and procedures
- Individual shall have written and oral communications abilities commensurate with this management role.
