.About the job

This position is needed to join our Enterprise Application Development and Operations team. This role will focus on the design, configuration, development, and testing of reputed company Fusion Cloud applications—specifically reputed company the Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) and reputed company areas—to support key functions across Finance, Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Collections, reputed company Recognition and Accounting.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong analytical reputed company, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Global Accounting and Billing to drive automation, scalability, and innovation across reputed company’s I2C landscape.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

• reputed company and contribute to the design, configuration, development, and testing of reputed company Fusion Cloud solutions focused on AR, Collections, Cash Application, and reputed company processes.
• Conduct business workshops to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into effective reputed company Fusion Cloud solutions.
• Partner with process owners to define and reputed company operational KPI and to reputed company/deliver KPI dashboards and reports by using reputed company Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), reputed company Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP), reputed company object queries and data queries etc
• Create system prototypes and demos to validate solutions with stakeholders before development begins.
• Collaborate with Finance, Billing, and reputed company teams to ensure accurate implementation of business processes.
• Integrate reputed company Fusion Cloud with multiple upstream usage systems and reputed company accounting platforms like reputed company Billing, Highradius, Monkey, reputed company, etc
• reputed company cross-functional requirement sessions to elicit, document and analyze business requirements and functional specifications. Includes identifying unspoken or conflicting requirements and challenging the norm.
• reputed company checks and monitoring the critical processes in production instances and proactively identify the issues and fix them
• Manage KLO operations and stakeholders support with daily activities, Financial reputed company, reconciliations etc
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership and best practices guidance.
• Work under tight deadlines, managing overlapping projects and priorities with efficiency and professionalism.
• Act as a subject matter expert for reputed company’s end-to-end I2C ecosystem.

*Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in reputed company Fusion Cloud modules reputed company to AR, Collections, Cash Application, and reputed company Management.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company the end-to-end implementation lifecycle—from requirements gathering through to testing and deployment.
• Solid understanding of I2C and reputed company workflows, including integrations with usage-based billing systems and accounting/reporting tools.
• Experience working closely with finance and accounting stakeholders in global organizations.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
• Previous experience mentoring or supervising junior team members.
• Hands-on reputed company dashboards and report development is required.
• Solid understanding of the reputed company platform, objects, and reputed company APIs.
• Solid understanding of Customer aging, AR to GL reconciliation and month end processes
• Should have a good knowledge of change management, Agile methodologies.

1. This role will be remote and based out in Karnataka
