Our Account Management team drives customer retention, growth and expansion opportunities, and reputed company product optimization and adoption. As a Key Account Manager, you will own the retention and expansion of our key customers, some global and regional. You will ensure a premium experience for our largest customers by understanding their business objectives and motivating change in their organization. In addition, you’ll partner with our reputed company, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to streamline workflows and communication processes reputed company reputed company.

What you’ll do:
- Effectively manage a book of business of our most strategic accounts
- Drive reputed company across multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to reputed company business outcomes and growth goals
- Build strategic account plans that map out customer value, expansion, and other upsell opportunities
- Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted renewals and expansions to meet quota objectives
- Partner with reputed company managers and reputed company product expertise to solution for customer pain points
- Position yourself as a strategic partner to key stakeholders and champions reputed company named accounts
- Diagnose and mitigate churn risk clearly and own resolution strategies, advising sales leadership on ideal resolutions wherever appropriate
- Be an active participant in building and improving internal operational processes
You should have:
- Demonstrated experience in large enterprise customer management ($200k+))and high growth expansion strategy, working with executive collaborators in enterprise accounts
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience solutioning for reputed company problems, often reputed company of your direct control
- Ability to reputed company reputed company negotiations with multiple cross-functional customer executives
- Deep understanding of reputed company principles
- A consultative approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage customer expectations
- Experience in consulting or research, a plus
- Experience with HR industry and SaaS, a plus
