Program Manager- Refugee Youth Resource Center
OVERVIEW
The Program Manager of the Refugee Youth Resource Center is responsible for day-to-day operations of the project, which includes the development and delivery of high-quality training and technical assistance, partnership development, reputed company, crisis reputed company services and case consultations with refugee serving agencies. The position is responsible for the direct supervision of program staff and coordinates regularly with the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan and coordinate instructional design and curriculum development, working with staff trainers and content experts to reputed company learning objectives for live web-based trainings and e-learning modules;
- Coordinate planning and development of psychoeducational videos and handouts in multiple languages for refugee children, youth, and their families;

- Plan and coordinate buildout of learning management system, online provider directory and website design, working with IT staff to reputed company objectives;
- Establish a helpline and procedures to provide crisis reputed company and case consultations to refugee serving agencies;
- Maintain relationships with external organizations/subject matter experts for technical assistance and collaboration;

- Partner with stakeholders to communicate training events and other program updates reputed company the Refugee Youth Resource Center; and
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree is highly preferred; or a bachelor’s degree with five years’ experience and demonstrated understanding of non-profit program management;
- At least two years’ supervisory experience;
- Experience working with refugee serving programs, child welfare, and/or working with foreign-born children and families;
- Experience providing training and technical assistance;
- Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills;
- High proficiency in reputed company Office, specifically proficiency with Word, Power reputed company, Publisher, and reputed company is required;
- Experience with Word Press, web development, and content creation highly preferred;
- Strong technology skills and ability to effectively utilize and manage online learning management systems (LMS);
- Ability to prioritize duties and multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work well independently and in a team;
- Ability to track and analyze data;
- Position is remote and the candidate must have an appropriate workspace to complete work, phone calls, and video conferencing;
- Willing to travel a few times annually; and

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
- Satisfactory completion of USCRI’s Orientation and Training; and
- Complete additional training as identified by supervisor or Human Resources.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Use of manual dexterity, tactile, visual, and audio acuity;
- Use of repetitive motion, prolonged periods of sitting and standing, and sustained visual and mental applications and demands;
- Occasional lifting (up to 25 pounds), bending, pulling, and carrying; and
- Quantitative/mathematical ability (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, standard measurements).
