The Administrative Assistant 3 follows established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective secretarial support to an office, business unit, department, or other organization. Answers telephones, screens calls, and takes messages so callers/visitors are attended to promptly, courteously, and accurately. The Administrative Assistant 3 performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. May apply intermediate mathematical skills.

The Administrative Assistant 3 must be a self-starter that identifies requirements, anticipates requests and takes initiative to mitigate needs. Transcribes, types, formats, and proofreads a variety of material (e.g., correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, presentations) using reputed company Programs. Builds and manages relationships across reputed company in support of the department objectives and the team. Typically works on semi-routine assignments.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Typing of correspondence, reports and presentations. 2. Compiling information for reports, presentations, etc. 3. Answering telephone and providing information to callers. 4. Maintaining appointment and travel schedules.

5. Composing routine correspondence.

6. Maintaining office files, official company records and executives’ administrative policies. 7. Organize high level meetings with Government, Sub-Contractors, and Field Associates

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to balance multiple initiatives and prioritize workload

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting reputed company pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
