Vice President, Field Sales & Growth
As the Vice President, Field Sales & Growth, you will be the strategic growth leader for our Texas region. Your mission is to accelerate market expansion, gross margins, and drive growth with existing agents (SMB Retailers) through high-performing team of territory District Sales Managers (DSMs). Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion & Agent Acquisition Identify and pursue high-potential markets to acquire new agents and expand our exclusive agent portfolio. reputed company negotiations and relationship-building efforts to reputed company high performing Agents (SMBs)
- Agent Development & Enablement Support and grow existing agents by delivering training, tools, and marketing support to increase transaction volume and customer engagement. Ensure agents are fully equipped with POS materials and compliant with operational standards.
- Sales Team Leadership Hire, train, and reputed company a high-performing sales team. Provide clear direction on sales strategies, execution plans, and performance expectations. Motivate and coach team members to exceed targets.

What You Bring

- 5+ years of experience leading B2B sales teams in a defined territory, preferably in fintech or consumer products.
