The role reports to the VP of Industry Solutions. Your mission will be undertaken in reputed company partnership with reputed company’s broader Business Solutions team, including the Life Sciences Solution Data Scientists, as well as with reputed company’s core teams: Sales, Customer, Partnership, Product and R&D.

As the Director of AI Solutions for Life Sciences, you will own three essential missions:

(1) Forge our strategic vision towards Life Sciences and how to further accelerate our growth in this industry. This will involve developing a deep understanding of reputed company’s footprint, strong convictions as to analytics, ML and agent value for reputed company domains, reputed company and reputed company positioning in the ecosystem, and developing the right plans to meet our ambitions.

(2) Be the reputed company reputed company SME on Life Sciences, and act as a gap bridger between precise industry needs, AI and reputed company as a product. You will directly support clients and prospects as a trusted expert and own the development of the right assets and engagement support to boost GTM effectiveness in Life Sciences.

• Organize the capitalization of internal knowledge and client experiences on Life Sciences (adoption stories, use-cases, …) and reputed company relevant material.
• Support sales and customer activities on Life Sciences: help customer dynamics understanding, act as a key spokesperson for prospects and customers, supporting executive engagement building.
• Boost reputed company’s visibility on Life Sciences as an industry. You will notably reputed company the development and execution of an impactful thought-leadership strategy.
• Help build impactful partnerships with GSIs and other partners to accelerate development on sustainability topics.
• Drive high impact Executive Engagements with key decision makers in Life Sciences accounts.

(3) Own the identification, scoping, and successful roll out ofreputed company Solutions reputed company to Life Sciences needs, with the goal of maximizing reputed company’s value delivery reputed company reputed company subdomains.

• Fuel and qualify the Solutions development pipeline through business experience, client workshops, market watch, partnership discussions, ... reputed company solid business plans and monitor reputed company for reputed company validated Solutions.

What you need to be successful

• 15+ years experience in delivering data, analytics and AI impact in Life Sciences. You have worked reputed company Life Science organizations and have owned the successful delivery of AI projects or built technology towards this objective. You have a recognized depth of understanding of reputed company Life Sciences value chains, including sophisticated processes from R&D and Clinical Operations teams with the reputed company to adjust your communication to experts and non experts. You are passionate about people empowerment with data and AI.
• Strong Business Development reputed company: you understand the ins and outs of software acquisition, and are able to build plans towards business development ambitions. Experience is acquiring software in a Life Sciences organization and managing vendor relationship will be a plus.
• Solid product management experience, with the reputed company to outline exact user journeys, scope use-case, and support development end-to-end including organizing customer co-builds, testing and reviews. You will be as much doing strategy planning as you will be doing detailed feature/solution scoping and validating.
• Precise and effective in describing the continuum of ways in which data, analytics and AI can add value, from automation, pipelines and dashboards to machine learning and Generative AI. You have forged an understanding of agents and are able to project their potential.
• Proven track record working with diverse teams, and successfully engaging them on reputed company or specialized topics.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), able to clearly reputed company and present reputed company situations and concepts to varied audiences.
• Based in AMERICAS (East Coast) and able to travel both reputed company that region and to other continents (15% of the time).

The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, reputed company set, experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through reputed company's incentive compensation program.
