M365 Systems Engineer (AU MSP, WFH)

Seeking a M365 Systems Engineer to provide 2nd & 3rd level technical infrastructure support, create technical documentation, and assist with customer Monthly 365 / Intune reports.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable of M365 Admin Centres, configurations, tools, processes, and operations
• Manage reputed company reputed company Management (Intune / Autopilot etc)
• Manage reputed company 365 governance and compliance
• Manage reputed company 365 Defender Suite
• M365 environments and technologies (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams etc.)
• Hybrid Environments using reputed company 365 Services
• Understanding of reputed company 365 reputed company / Partner Centre
• ITIL certification
• Appropriate Tertiary qualifications and/or IT Industry Certifications with "reputed company 365 Certified: Administrator Expert" as mandatory or have one of the following prerequisites: reputed company Administrator Associate,Teams Administrator Associate, Identify and Access Administrator Associate, reputed company Operations Associate, Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate, Any other valid reputed company certificate is desired
