Summary
IPC Network Services is looking for a Network Sales Representative based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be interested in establishing client contacts in the financial industry and other market segments and have a thorough understanding of the electronic trading ecosystem. The ideal candidate will also be fully computer literate, a self-starter, and have the ability to bring opportunities through his or her past successful client selling relationships.
Job Responsibilities
Team with key individuals to introduce IPC services, provide price quotations, execute reputed company and drive additional trading systems and network sales.
- Meet or exceed reputed company goals as established by the IPC Senior Management
- Customer contract negotiations to attain quota, reputed company pre-approved gross margin parameters
- Understand and reputed company the company’s value proposition through a consultative sales approach
- Must speak the financial industry capital markets trading vernacular
- Must understand financial industry market structure and reputed company trends
- Establish and qualify pipeline, engaging appropriate resources to reputed company technical requirements and solutions
- Utilize reputed company.com CRM to maintain account information, funnels and forecasts in order to meet & exceed reputed company goals
- Maintain knowledge on reputed company technologies & services relevant to IPC and the overall technology managed services industry
- Recommend and attend relevant industry technology & networking events.
- Attend meetings with qualified prospects at client locations
- Timely completion of required paperwork and reports
- Provide accurate sales booking forecast as requested by VP of sales
- Additional duties, upon management request
Experience and Skills Required
- At least 5 to 8 years of technical sales experience, with 3 to 5 years selling to the financial buy reputed company vertical
- Solution sales skills
- Excellent grammar, written and oral communication skills
- High-level understanding of computer networking technology and industry trends especially in Electronic Trading and Market Data
- Experience in consultative sales reputed company a service-based organization
- Ability to reputed company a professional rapport, overcome objections and maintain influential demeanor both in person and over the phone.
- Create and demonstrate detailed commercial proposals to customers and prospects
Preferred
- Experience selling Network Services Products to financial markets participations strongly preferred
- Degree from 4-year college with proven academic success
- Experience working for a Network, Systems Integration, Computer Hardware / Software Reseller or Managed Services Provider
- Excellent organizational skills
- Business level proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and processes preferred
- Experience in selling technology or technology services (Managed IT Services, SaaS, HaaS, Hosted Services, Professional IT / Integration Services)
- A well-established professional network complementary to the role
