Territory Manager Neurovascular/Peripheral Vascular - based in South of Poland

We are looking for a Territory Manager – Neurovascular/Peripheral (m/f/d) based in the South of Poland to drive sales growth in Poland, by managing existing accounts and securing new business opportunities in specialized medical fields. You will play a key role in product support, customer relationship management, and market analysis to meet sales targets.

Main Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new accounts while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing accounts in both neurovascular and peripheral vascular fields.
- Conduct regular customer visits, provide product demos, training, and case support to ensure effective product usage.
- Implement territory strategies, prioritize key accounts, and manage CRM tools to track performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and product initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical champions to drive product adoption.
- Ensure product availability and timely delivery through effective stock management.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
- Participate in industry events to stay informed on trends and network with stakeholders.
What We’re looking for
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a relevant field such as interventional radiology, vascular surgery, or interventional cardiology
- Proven ability to support physicians during neurovascular and peripheral vascular procedures, including clinical case discussions and procedural guidance
- Strong understanding of treatment pathways, medical devices, and closure techniques
- Experience working in a clinical environment with hands-on procedural support
- Result-driven, proactive, and grounded personality with a strong sense of accountability
- You are confident in engaging with various stakeholders and communicate in an articulate, professional, and approachable manner.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong learning agility and technical understanding
- Fluent in Polish and proficient in English
- Willingness to travel extensively within your territory
