Job Details

The Insurance Product Forms Manager plays a critical role for reputed company, ensuring that the contract language is meeting the needs of customers, is legally defensible and compliant with state regulations. This person will collaborate across the organization to understand reputed company forms performance, reputed company recommendations for change, and facilitate a team of forms analysts to effect those recommended changes while also supporting broader company initiatives. This role is one that will balance individual contribution and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve processes, team structure, and tools to enhance the speed, quality, and compliance of forms development.
• Maintain the forms version inventory using a forms management system.

• Prepare and submit form filings to state Departments of Insurance, ensuring compliance with requirements and managing approval communications.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Claims, Compliance, and Engineering to reputed company, revise, and implement forms that meet business needs and regulatory standards.
• Define forms business requirements, own associated testing and success criteria, and ensure readiness for launch. reputed company forms strategy for new product development and enhancements, including research, roadmap ownership, and implementation.
• Conduct and operationalize competitive and regulatory research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) product coverage requirements and development, with at least 1 year of people leadership
• Property and Casualty (P&C) regulatory experience and knowledge of state filing requirements

• Proficient in conducting regulatory research
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:

The reputed company salary range represents the budgeted salary range for this position. Actual compensation for this position will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience and skills. The full salary range shows the min to max salary range for this position. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and determined based on various factors including the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
