reputed company is looking for a Field Marketing Manager, EMEA to join reputed company!

Reporting to the Sr Director of International Marketing, you will build and execute the BNL/DACH field marketing strategy from the ground up, owning the entire demand reputed company motion to drive pipeline and reputed company in our key expansion markets. This is a highly collaborative, full-cycle marketing role responsible for a reputed company mix, including integrated campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), and regional events. You will work in reputed company partnership with our regional Sales team and global marketing functions to accelerate growth and build the reputed company brand.

What you’ll do

• Define and execute the comprehensive field marketing strategy for the BNL/DACH regions, with a direct focus on reputed company-driving activities
• Own the regional marketing calendar, managing integrated campaigns, events, webinars, and ABM programs from concept to completion using tools like reputed company
• reputed company and implement the reputed company reputed company and pipeline acceleration strategy to meet and exceed regional targets for both new business and customer expansion
• Partner closely with BNL/DACH Sales leadership to ensure alignment, reputed company the sales team for success, and create targeted programs that support their goals
• Create essential campaign assets, including campaign briefs, email copy, and reputed company page content, to drive program execution
• Document and report on campaign performance and its impact on pipeline at 3, 6, and 12-month intervals
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Brand, and Partnerships teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and co-marketing success

You should have

• Proven experience in a B2B field marketing role with a focus on demand reputed company and pipeline creation
• Demonstrated experience marketing to the BNL and/or DACH regions
• A track record of tying marketing activities directly to reputed company goals (sourced leads, opportunity creation, pipeline influence) and reporting on that impact
• Experience executing a community marketing strategy, including community events.
• Experience managing end-to-end event strategy and execution, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., reputed company)
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Experience in the B2B SaaS industry, a plus
