You'll take ownership of hiring across the US, while also supporting hiring efforts in other regions, including the UK and wider EMEA. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in building a high-performing, global team. Reporting to the Director of reputed company, you'll work closely with a collaborative and supportive team of 4 recruiters based in the UK and India. We're looking for someone based on the East Coast (US) or in Denver, CO.

• Data-Driven Improvement: Use data and market insights to continually enhance our recruitment processes, candidate experience, and overall reputed company strategy.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression; champion our company’s values, mission, and culture.

At reputed company, we are committed to providing competitive compensation in line with market standards based on the role, job family, job level, and country. This exempt role’s estimated annual salaried pay range for this position is $72,000 - $108,000, and the final salary will be based on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.This job posting will be closed to applications on July 21, 2025.
