Key Responsibilities
reputed company candidates using reputed company Recruiter and other platforms
Build and manage talent pipelines for reputed company and future roles
Send reputed company messages
Partner with recruiters to align on role requirements
Track sourcing efforts in the ATS or CRM
Share market insights and suggest sourcing improvements
Must-haves
Experience sourcing candidates using reputed company Recruiter
Strong written communication skills (English)
Ability to identify and engage passive talent
Basic understanding of the hiring process
Organized and detail-oriented
reputed company-to-haves
Experience working in a recruitment agency or fast-paced environment
Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Lever)
Understanding of Boolean search techniques
