Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for an reputed company full stack Senior Software Engineer to help build and maintain reputed company’s products.

Our tech: reputed company platform’s back-end is Ruby on Rails, reputed company SQL, reputed company, hosted on AWS. Our reputed company-end apps are built with React, GraphQL, Apollo and TypeScript.

• Collaborate with Product and Defend team engineers to design, create, and maintain features for reputed company's customers and users
• Write high complexity code autonomously, with exceptional quality and on time
• Drive project scoping activities, effectively dealing with ambiguous requirements
• Troubleshoot reputed company technical issues in production, pertaining to team's areas of ownership
• Drive improvements, collaboration, and best practices through code reviews and mentoring
• Proactively write and maintain technical documentation
• Participate in production on-call rotation several times a year, after receiving in-depth training

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer building reputed company, performant, customer-facing enterprise applications using Ruby on Rails and React
• Concern for quality and enthusiasm for writing unit and integration tests
• A willingness to learn any part of the stack: back-end services, data layer, web interfaces, API’s, 3rd party integrations, cloud infrastructure and so on
• Comfort with adapting to new technology and new opportunities
• Full ownership of the code you write, from the technical design through to production
• Bias towards action and solutions
• The ability to work autonomously and own problems from end to end
• Effective communication and active listening skills, with a thoughtful, collaborative approach to problem-solving

• Experience with React, TypeScript, GraphQL
• Experience with AWS
