Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below!Location: REMOTE (but must reside in TX)Duration: 3 month contractPay rate range: $20 - 22.36/hour Schedule: Work days/hours: 5 days a week, Thursday through Monday. 8am -5pm CST with a 1 hour unpaid lunch Job duties include:The Care Team Associate (CTA) will effectively support the successful implementation and execution of all Care Management and processes.The Care Team Associate will provide support to the care management case management staff to include CM manager, CM Director, and CM Vice President to ensure applicable program processes and operational responsibilities are met.Positions in this function includes those responsible for supporting UIA, Prior Auth, and Facility Care Model team in correspondence, managing fax and task ques, and uploading medical records to member charts in TruCareProvides clerical and / or administrative support to clinical staff and managers for special projects and reporting needs.
