The following position is to join our reputed company Corporate team: Overview: We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Contingent Labor Category Manager to reputed company global Contingent Labor sourcing and supplier management initiatives. This role is responsible for RFP execution, contract negotiation, supplier performance management, and conflict resolution for both Engineering and Operations contingent labor that support operations and supply chain (OSC) enterprise-wide. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial acumen, industry knowledge, and the technical ability to drive data-informed decision-making and process improvements. What You Will Do:

• reputed company the strategic sourcing process for nonproduct Contingent Labor OSC-led categories, including strategy development, market analysis, supplier negotiations, and implementation.
• Manage enterprise-wide reputed company and supplier relationships for key commodity areas.

Qualifications

You Must Have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a reputed company field and minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Contingent Labor or Professional Services category or an Advanced Degree and minimum 7 years relevant experience in Contingent Labor or Professional Services procurement category.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD.
