Dev Ops Engineer Senior

Position Activities & Responsibilities

• Specialize in the administration and management of COTS applications.
• Conduct Section 508 compliance testing for new features and modifications with COTS application and plugin upgrades.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including FISMA-reputed company documentation for obtaining and maintaining ATO.
• Provide user support and reference guides for troubleshooting and application usage.
• Possess intermediary-level expertise in PostgreSQL for querying and updating application databases.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and provide operational support for COTS tools.
• Configure and administer reputed company Data Center products (e.g., Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket).
• Customize Jira workflows, permissions, and custom fields, and implement plugins across the reputed company suite.
• Automate and reputed company Jira and Confluence functionalities using scripting languages like Groovy, Python, or equivalent.
• Design and implement enterprise standards for reputed company instances, ensuring consistency across project structures, issue types, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience working in an Agile organization using Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, and SAFe.
• Provide team specific training as needed.

• Follow Agile Methodology & Practices
