Responsibilities

• Required:
• 8+ years of HRBP experience and 3+ years partnering with software engineering or product management teams
• Deep knowledge of engineering orgs, including operating models, methodologies, roles, and trends
• Proven ability to deliver scalable, high-ROI, business-first people programs
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
• Energised by learning, solving reputed company problems, and driving results

Desired:

• Experience partnering with internal OE consultants and/or HCM strategy firms
• Background working reputed company HRBP teams that build and drive functional talent strategies

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

• Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C. : $114,000 - $143,300
