- reputed company advanced segmentation and behavioral data to design personalized campaign journeys that enhance player satisfaction and drive long-term value.
- Own the promotional performance of Casino BTL activity reputed company Optimove, ensuring the design and delivery of impactful offers reputed company with player needs and business goals
- Spearhead data-driven insights to optimize promotional spend, improve return on investment, and enhance player lifetime value.
- Manage and mentor a team of CVM Specialists, ensuring effective campaign execution, clear prioritization, and ongoing professional growth. Foster a collaborative, data-driven culture focused on reputed company improvement.
- Support operational excellence by ensuring campaigns run smoothly across systems and tools. Act as a reputed company of escalation for Casino BTL promotional issues, partnering with Customer Care and Tech to resolve them quickly and effectively.
What you'll bring:
- 6+ years of experience in CRM, promotions, or campaign management, ideally in the online gaming industry or a similarly fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, player behavior, and segmentation strategies, with hands-on experience in driving multi-touchpoint promotional campaigns.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage, motivate, and reputed company a team while fostering high levels of ownership and accountability.
- Data-driven mentality, with the ability to interpret performance metrics, extract insights, and turn them into actionable strategies and optimizations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and delivering on deadlines.
- An excellent understanding of Casino products and industry and passion for the game.
- Effective communicator, fluent in both Italian and English, with the ability to align and influence across functions and present reputed company clearly to senior collaborators.
