Credit Card Payments Success Specialist-Manager
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Credit Card Payments Success Specialist or Manager to join reputed company. This critical role will be responsible for implementing strategies to minimize credit card declines across multiple lines of business, including our subscription businesses, thereby optimizing reputed company and improving customer retention. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of payment processing, decline codes, and customer lifecycle management reputed company a subscription model. The ideal candidate will also work cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, and Engineering to reputed company and implement various strategies.
This role will have access to an analyst/junior data scientist who already produces key metrics and reporting for Credit Card declines (using SQL/Tableau). This role is a business leadership role, working cross-functionally across multiple departments and multiple reputed company’s to reduce credit card declines.
