Information Security Responsibilities

Awareness on information security measures such as acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, password security

Understand and report security risks and how they impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets

Understand how data is stored, processed, or transmitted from a Data privacy and protection standpoint

Role and Responsibilities

B.Com/M.Com/MBA graduate with around 10 - 15 years of experience working in Accounts Payable function.

A candidate who has professional degrees like CA/CMA can apply if they have 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.

The Candidate should have good communications skills.

Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices for APAC, EMEA and Americas.

Lead and manage the accounts payable team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors, handling payment inquiries and resolving discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and tax laws in all accounts payable activities.

Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports and metrics for management review.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely approval for vendor bills.

Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of accounts payable systems and software.

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy within accounts payable operations.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly, implementing corrective measures as needed.

Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end closing processes as per the agreed timeline.

Monitor and manage accounts payable aging reports to maintain healthy supplier relationships.

Handle escalated accounts payable issues, providing solutions and guidance to the team.

Ensure accurate record-keeping and document management for audit readiness.

Hands on experience in Airbase and NetSuite will be an added advantage.
