Staff / Principal Technical Industry Recruiter

At Genesis Therapeutics, we are pushing the boundaries of machine learning and drug discovery to unlock new treatments for complex diseases. We are looking for an experienced Staff / Principal Technical Recruiter who will build our world-class team of researchers and engineers.

You Will

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, including understanding hiring needs, sourcing candidates, supporting the selection process, and drive an effective offer strategy. 

• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with hiring managers and cross functional stakeholders to understand priorities and team dynamics. Innovate our recruiting strategy for talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis. 

• Proactively lead initiatives that improve and scale our recruiting operations and results. 

• Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity in our applicant tracking system.

You Are

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.

• Proven experience recruiting for a fast growing startup or tech company.

• Familiar with AI-driven technologies.

• Data-driven and digitally savvy, with a deep understanding of recruitment metrics.

• The emotional intelligence to close candidates with the right balance of consideration, transparency, and drive.

• An interest in establishing equitable recruiting processes and a desire to go the extra mile to recruit non-traditional candidates.
