Community Manager (Jacksonville, FL) - Summer Intern

Aescape is looking for a Community Manager, you'll be on the ground supporting our early partners with the launch, support, and execution of the Aescape experience within their business and to their clients. Our partners are leaders in the wellness and fitness space, such as Equinox, Marriott, Life Time, and Hand & Stone. Working side by side with Aescape’s Account Management team, you will serve as an extension of our partner attendants who are utilizing the Aescape Table as one of their offerings. Since then, we’ve announced partnerships with global industry leaders across hospitality, pro sports, corporate wellness, and luxury real estate — with more on the horizon as we supercharge growth. 

• Partner closely with the account management team, supporting one of our largest and most strategic partnerships.

• Provide in person on the ground help to Hand & Stone at 3 different Jacksonville Locations that have Aescape.

• Cultivate strong relationships within our partners at each location so they feel as if we are an extension of their team.

• Conduct regular visits to local businesses, restaurants, and service providers to establish partnerships and collaborative marketing opportunities that drive mutual customer traffic and increase booking volume.

• Lead with empathy, managing conflict and high-pressure situations with a solution-oriented mindset.

• Embrace and manage change, adapting swiftly to new processes.

• Excellent communication skills with team members, clients, and senior management.
