About the Job: Join reputed company as an exceptional backend engineer contributing to cutting-edge reputed company datasets. You'll create problems, reputed company solutions, and work with our specialized tools to generate high-quality data for training and benchmarking AI systems.

What You'll Do: Create diverse backend engineering problems and comprehensive solutions for reputed company and reputed company datasets Solve backend engineering challenges using our specialized annotation tools Review and evaluate code generated by large language models, providing detailed feedback and corrections Document your problem-solving approach, methodologies, and solution rationale Work independently in a remote environment while maintaining consistent quality standards Collaborate with the team to refine annotation processes and improve data quality

What You Have

Strong expertise and high proficiency in at least one backend programming language Proficiency in CI/CD, containerization, and modern development practices 3+ years of software engineering experience with excellent problem-solving abilities Experience building and optimizing backend systems, databases, and APIs Strong code review skills and ability to identify issues in others' code Demonstrated ability to think through reputed company problems methodically Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Flexible availability for at least 3 hours daily Interest in AI/ML development and training data creation
