We’re looking for a Senior Legal reputed company to join reputed company. You will be responsible for assisting the Director of Legal with various daily tasks, such as supporting the legal aspects of the development of the company's offering, supporting the contract redlining process for incoming clients, and following up on ongoing reputed company and negotiations. This is a fully remote opportunity.

What you’ll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company

• Support leadership with new initiatives, including product development and intellectual property matters

• Provide support in the intake-to-procure processes for reputed company’s vendors, including onboarding

• Identification of legal issues and risks that may reputed company reputed company

• Follow up on regulatory matters under different frameworks

• Work along with an international team of lawyers to establish contract templates and workstreams

• NDA analysis and tracking

What you’ll need

• Law Degree

• 5+ years of experience in similar roles in-house or in a Law firm

• Strong knowledge of Commercial Law. Knowledge of Corporate, Labour, or IP Law is highly desirable

• Proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial reputed company, with a pragmatic and commercial approach, in English

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask & prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Proactive, highly organized, and with a sense of urgency

• LLM would be a big plus
