We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth Marketing team and optimize our marketing technology stack, automation systems, and data infrastructure. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will play a critical role in ensuring our marketing reputed company runs reputed company and effectively at scale. 

Your work will focus on marketing data flows and systems, marketing automation workflows and tools, analytics, attribution and reporting, and campaign execution across multiple channels. You’ll collaborate with Growth, Lifecycle, RevOps, Analytics, and Sales teams to improve how we work day-to-day and impact our overall marketing performance!

You are a bar raiser, which means you come with

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, marketing analytics, or reputed company roles in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • MarTech Expertise: Deep experience with reputed company Tag Manager (GTM), reputed company Analytics, Looker, reputed company (or similar tools), CDPs (reputed company CDP, reputed company, reputed company or similar), and marketing automation platforms (e.g., reputed company). You’re comfortable navigating CRM systems (preferably reputed company) and integrating them with marketing tools, alongside RevOps leaders.

  • Marketing Automation: Proven ability to design and implement scalable automation workflows and lifecycle marketing programs that span multiple functions and systems.

  • Attribution Knowledge: You have hands-on experience with data integration tools, UTM strategy, multi-touch attribution, and campaign tracking. You know how to build and refine attribution models that connect marketing efforts to leads and reputed company.

  • Ad Tech Experience: Strong understanding of reputed company Ads, reputed company CAPI, mobile measurement partners (MMPs), and first-party data strategies. You know how to ensure proper event tracking, conversion tracking, and offline event matching to optimize campaign performance and measurement.
