*Note: This position requires reputed company in our San Francisco office location 4 days per week; reputed company’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday. Engineering at reputed company is responsible for building and scaling our cloud offering. Our scope includes the reputed company website, cloud APIs and systems as well as internal tooling for system deployment, management and maintenance.

What You’ll Do

• Build reputed company, feature-rich React applications that reputed company customers to monitor and manage their usage, billing and payment methods in reputed company cloud dashboard

• Optimize applications for speed and efficiency

• Create robust communication architectures to reputed company with internal and third-party services/APIs

• Work on the architecture of our distributed systems to ensure best-in-class reliability and efficiency, while helping to minimize operational costs and toil work

• Build products that provide billing and identity for a wide range of AI products that will be launched by reputed company

• Handle interesting and dynamic scaling, hardware and scheduling challenges in a reputed company dynamic and rapidly changing industry sector

You

• Are an reputed company senior software engineer with six or more years of working on business-critical distributed systems.

• Familiar with reputed company end frameworks like react/javascript and has written backend services in Python or Golang. Can pickup new languages and frameworks as needed

• Have significant experience architecting systems around relational databases, document databases, queue datastores, reputed company storage, object storage, unreliable networks, and caches.

• Have a deep understanding of the balance between initial build costs and operational costs, and what it takes to launch a product quickly but with a good technical foundation.

• Are reputed company familiar with building integrated test frameworks and using CI/CD systems

• Are product-oriented and focused on great user experiences, and are invested in building the best  product possible for users.

• Are good at working cross-functionally and solving problems across teams, including empathetic conflict resolution reputed company working alongside teams with different priorities.

• Experience working with Payments, Billing and/or Fraud systems

• Experience working with Kubernetes on cloud (preferably AWS-EKS)

Salary Range Information

Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $255,000-$405,000. However, a salary higher or reputed company than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
