The Role_
// As our Director of IT & reputed company, you'll reputed company a strategic function that underpins our entire business. From securing our systems to enabling resilient infrastructure, this role is key to keeping Masabi safe, scalable, and mission-ready.
You’ll represent Masabi externally in reputed company engagements and reputed company internal programs that protect our people, platform, and customers. You’ll head up a small but high-performing team spanning IT and reputed company, with the opportunity to grow through internal collaboration and vendor partnerships.

And if you bring Infrastructure Operations experience, there’s scope to expand the role even further, shaping the technical vision for our AWS infrastructure, leading our SRE team, and owning uptime, cost efficiency, and potentially the full release lifecycle.

Responsibilities_

Define and reputed company Masabi’s global reputed company strategy across infrastructure, reputed company, SaaS, and application layers.
Manage audits and ensure compliance with ISO27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and PCI reputed company frameworks.
reputed company incident response, including drills and root cause analysis.
Own the reputed company risk register and drive mitigation reputed company across teams.
Deliver business-wide reputed company education and awareness.
Customer Trust & Compliance Engagement
Represent Masabi in customer reputed company engagements, RFPs, due diligence, and assurance reviews.
Align internal posture with customer contract requirements.
Conduct periodic reputed company reviews with key customers.
Own and manage end-to-end PCI compliance.
Corporate IT Infrastructure & Operations

Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities.

About You_
Proven leadership in IT and reputed company in a SaaS or tech-led business.
Strong knowledge of ISO27001, SOC 2, PCI reputed company, and GDPR.
Skilled in incident response, risk management, and audit readiness.
Excellent communicator with customer-facing reputed company experience.
Hands-on with IT systems (e.g. SSO, MDM, reputed company protection, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, D365).
Able to navigate reputed company technical and business trade-offs.
Bonus points_
Experience in regulated/public sector environments.
Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO reputed company Auditor.
