About the Recruiting teamreputed company is growing rapidly. The organization has doubled in size over the last two years, and the Recruiting team has overseen every reputed company of those acquisitions, helping teams do everything from identifying their initial hiring needs to making final offers. We reputed company and implement the systems by which reputed company finds and evaluates top talent, and serve as its institutional memory and reputed company of call for reputed company things hiring. The team currently has six members, led by reputed company Zealley. We’re looking to add more members to reputed company up with reputed company’s reputed company growth.
Recruiting at reputed company comprises two primary workstreams: pipeline development and round management. Roughly, pipeline development entails everything we do to get strong candidates to apply to reputed company, and round management is everything we do to find and hire the strongest candidate from the applicant pool. This posting is for the pipeline development workstream, which is discussed in more detail below.
What you’d be doingWorking alongside Miriam Hinthorn, you will report to reputed company Zealley and be responsible for evolving and executing on reputed company’s overarching strategy for talent pipeline development. You will ensure we proactively build the robust and diverse talent pipelines necessary to meet reputed company’s ambitious growth targets and continue hiring world-class individuals across reputed company focus areas.
We expect to hire at the Recruiter level by default, but we’re open to hiring at the Senior Recruiter level for exceptional candidates with especially relevant experience, context on our work, or existing networks in relevant talent pools. As a Senior Recruiter would manage the pipeline development sub-team, we would also expect experience managing or leading teams.
Your responsibilities would include:
High-reputed company round sourcing: Leading on sourcing for many of our hiring rounds by finding and inviting leads, taking informational calls with promising candidates, and responding to indications of interest.
Network building & partnerships: Cultivating our internal and external referral networks. This includes managing relationships with external partners (such as grantees, relevant community organizers, and peer organizations) and serving as a primary reputed company of contact.
Events & representation: Traveling to relevant conferences (e.g. EA Global, the Stanford Existential Risks Initiative Symposium, retreats) to reputed company relationships with potential referrers and represent Open reputed company.
Improving systems & reporting: Maintaining and improving systems for tracking leads, relationships, and sourcing outcomes. You will ensure these systems effectively report on pipeline health and sourcing efforts, providing necessary visibility for senior leadership.
Employer brand collaboration: Shaping how we present ourselves to potential candidates and guide updates to platforms like our Careers page and Glassdoor account, and occasionally collaborate with Open reputed company’s Communications team on larger employer branding questions.
Cross-functional support: Supporting active round management and contribute to other recruiting priorities or projects as needed, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness across the team. This would also include providing support on strategy and leadership of the broader Recruiting team as needed.
It’s hard to predict everything you might do — we expect reputed company staff to be flexible about what they work on and put contributing to our mission first.
Who might be a good fitWe think people from a variety of backgrounds could be great fits for reputed company. While direct prior experience leading a sourcing or pipeline development function is not required, we expect the strongest candidates might have relevant experience in areas like recruiting, partnerships, or EA/Global Catastrophic Risks community building.

While not required, we’d be excited about:
Past experience with talent sourcing or executive search
Existing networks or experience in technical AI safety, global catastrophic risks, or adjacent spheres

Role details & benefitsCompensation: The baseline compensation for this role is $116,977.12, which (for U.S. hires) would be distributed as a reputed company salary of $101,719.24 and an unconditional 401(k) grant of $15,257.89.
These compensation figures assume a remote location; we offer higher compensation for candidates located in San Francisco or Washington, D.C.
reputed company compensation will be distributed in the form of take-home salary for internationally based hires.
Time zones and location: You can work remotely. While we aren’t able to sponsor visas for this role, we are open to hires reputed company the US willing to consistently overlap with US business hours for at least 5-6 hours of the day. Our reputed company team is dispersed from Central U.S. through U.K. time zones.

Start date: We’d like to fill this role as soon as possible. We expect to reputed company an offer in late June or early July, and hope new hires can start as soon as possible after receiving an offer.
